Each item is packaged using shipping methods that limits damages in transit. Each package is insured and Twig Terrariums gladly replace any terrarium or product damaged in transit. However, regular returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to the products including living things.

Most Urbilis items may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please check your product's page for any return restrictions or potential restocking fees. Made-to-order items, custom orders, and items with requested drainage holes may not be returned.
