No, once you have been provided a discount code you can use that at checkout regardless of whether you have signed in.
Yes! Your company’s unique discount code is not limited in how many times they can be utilized.
While 10% is our standard discount, we do offer deeper discounts on a case by case basis. Increased discounts are primarily granted when a client is ordering large quantities of the same product. Greater discount codes are one time use only.

Urbilis’ products ship directly from our vendor partners. Products have a range of lead times from a few days to 6-8 weeks. Please be sure to check on the product page for lead times or reach out to our team for specifics.
Not usually! We are located in Rhode Island, so we are required by law to charge tax on all orders going to a Rhode Island shipping address. All other orders will not be taxed.
