DevelPro In.c offers our customers a 15-day (15 days from the original invoice date supplied by DevelPro Inc. only) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, the Basic 15 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedures (notifying DevelPro, in the US, restocking fees paid, all necessary documents attached) is followed. If the customer does not follow the stated return policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 15 Day Warranty benefit.
