• Free Shipping: All orders over $199 qualify for complimentary curb-side shipping within the continental United States. Loll Designs products do not qualify for free shipping. Extra services, such as lift gates and inside delivery, will incur additional fees. 

• Tax Free Shopping: Orders are tax exempt when shipping outside of Rhode Island. Urbilis is based in Rhode Island, and therefore we are required by law to charge tax on orders shipping to the Ocean State.

• Trade Discount: Whether you're an interior designer, landscaper, or business owner, Urbilis can elevate your clients' space! We offer a minimum 10% discount to the trade and are more than happy to create custom quotes based on the products and quantity you are interested in purchasing. • 30 Day Return Policy: Returns are processed on an order by order basis, please note if your product states it is final sale on the product page description. If a product states it is final sale then it cannot be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.  If you would like to start a return on your order please submit a return request and our customer service team will help with assisting you with the process.
